Can you turn complex data capabilities into clear audience strategies-and bring teams across markets with you?
We're recruiting a senior data strategy leader to support a major global brand across international markets, working at the intersection of media, audiences, technology and measurement.
This is an opportunity to shape how data informs media investment across a complex, multinational account. You'll connect client ambitions with data and technology expertise, helping global and regional teams build stronger audience strategies and translate them into practical market activity.
Working closely with senior client leads, planners, measurement specialists and data product teams, you'll identify opportunities to make better use of first-, second- and third-party data. You'll help teams navigate clean rooms, data partnerships and evolving platforms, turning technical capabilities into solutions with clear business value.
This is a role with significant influence and no direct reports. You'll unite a global community of specialists and planners, building engagement, sharing best practice and leading through expertise and relationships.
You’ll bring:- Strong experience in media data strategy and audience planning
- A practical understanding of first-, second- and third-party data, clean rooms and the AdTech/Mar Tech ecosystem
- Experience turning global strategy into local market action
- Confidence advising senior clients and explaining technical ideas clearly
- A track record of building alignment across complex organisations
- The ability to connect audience strategy with activation, measurement and business outcomes
- A proactive approach to solving problems, navigating change and driving adoption
Experience with platforms such as Info Sum and wider data collaboration tools would be valuable, alongside the curiosity to learn new capabilities as technology evolves.
You don't need to code. You do need to understand what the technology makes possible, ask the right questions and bring the right people together to deliver results.
