- APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent
- Experience delivering technology changes and projects within financial services.
- Strong understanding of ITIL 4.
- Experience coordinating Service Transition activities.
- Experience managing technology demand pipelines.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers.
- Strong governance and documentation skills.
- Experience presenting to senior management.
- Understanding of technology infrastructure, cloud services and business applications.
- Experience using IT Service Management tools.

The job holder requires:
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and Dev Ops practices.
- Proven experience with application support and incident management in complex technical environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
