** Job Description
** The AI & Data Analytics Consultant serves as the strategic liaison between business leaders and the Data Analytics organization. This role partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for data-driven decision making, and design solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence, predictive analytics, descriptive analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities.  The successful candidate will act as an evangelist for the Data Analytics team, promoting the value of AI and analytics, shaping business demand, and translating complex business problems into practical and scalable analytical solutions.

The role combines consulting, stakeholder management, innovation, and analytics expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.

* ** Strategic Business Consulting*
* * Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders across multiple functions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for AI and analytics engagements.
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand business goals, pain points, and opportunities.
* Translate business challenges into actionable analytics and AI use cases.
* Develop business cases that demonstrate value, ROI, and expected outcomes.  
** AI & Analytics Evangelism*
* * Champion the capabilities of the Data Analytics team across the organization.
* Educate stakeholders on the potential of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, descriptive analytics, and data visualization.
* Identify opportunities where AI can improve decision-making, customer experiences, operational efficiency, risk management, or revenue growth.
* Promote responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies.
* Present success stories, use cases, and innovation roadmaps to executive audiences.
