Role :
Agile Delivery Lead
Rate:
£480 per day (Inside IR35)
Location:
Hybrid (Occasional travel required to Telford)
Contract Length:
7 Months (Initial)
Clearance Required : SC Clearance
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team, helping drive continuous delivery using established agile frameworks. In this role, you will champion delivery best practices, remove obstacles hindering team performance, and facilitate key stakeholder meetings
Core Responsibilities Removing Impediments:
Identify and eliminate technical, logistical, or interpersonal blockages so the team can maintain smooth, unhindered delivery.
Facilitating Ceremonies:
Lead core Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder engagements
Coaching the Team:
Guide team members in self-organisation, accountability, and agile best practices to build a high-performing environment.
Protecting the Team:
Shield the delivery team from external distractions and scope creep to maintain focus on sprint commitments.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the Product Manager and Engagement Manager to refine goals, clear backlog delivery plans, and manage resourcing support.
Key Requirements and Experience SC Clearance Active is required for this role
Proven track record in an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager role.
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Delivery Frameworks).
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience running Show and Tell sessions and roadmap reviews.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to clear delivery blockers.
£450.00 - £480.00 / day
