We’re looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to own and evolve our Windows-based infrastructure running in AWS. This role is focused on operational excellence, security, automation, and developer enablement.

You’ll work closely with product engineering teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and easy to deploy, while driving improvements in CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.

• Manage and operate Windows Server environments in AWS (EC2), ensuring high availability and performance
• Own patching, vulnerability management, and system hardening processes across Windows workloads
• Monitor and respond to security events, working closely with security teams to remediate risks
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support consistent, reliable application deployments
• Implement and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools
• Develop automation using Power Shell and scripting to reduce manual operational overhead
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure system health
• Partner with product engineering teams to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
• Support releases and ensure smooth deployment processes across environments
• Participate in on‑call rotations and act as an escalation point for production incidents
• Lead or contribute to incident response and post‑mortems, driving long‑term improvements
