As an AI Engineer, you’ll join a rapidly expanding function with huge opportunities to innovate, scale, and influence how our business delivers smarter, faster, more human‑centred customer experiences. • Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and data, identifying high‑value
  
  GenAI use cases.
• Work within the Data Science & AI team to deploy scalable, cutting‑edge AI solutions across the business.
• Collaborate in a cross‑functional squad (Dev Ops, data engineers, developers, testers,Infosec) to product ionise AI services in AWS.
• Enhance and innovate esure’s tech stack, including MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, UI, andour AI Python library.
• Assess third‑party GenAI and LLM technologies to determine feasibility andcost–benefit.

• Proven experience applying, researching and developing NLP models, including prompt engineering and fine‑tuning LLMs in a commercial setting.
• Skilledat working with non‑technical stakeholders to scope, design and deliver effective ML solutions.
• Insert skills.
  
  Proficient with the Python data science stack (pandas, scikit‑learn, Jupyter, etc.)and version control tools like Git.
• Exposure to LLMOps, model monitoring, CI/CD and related technologies (Docker, MLflow,Kubernetes, FastAPI, etc.).
• Knowledge and working experience of AGILE methodologies.
