You will coordinate IT/AV service delivery, incidents, changes and readiness, ensuring alignment with TS governance and standards.
You will also collaborate with colleagues across Museum sites, regularly travel to South Kensington, and mentor technical staff while maintaining robust supplier relationships and documentation.
