• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical customer and product issues.
• 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs, engaging with external executive stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and French fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interaction with local stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and articulate complex topics clearly to stakeholders.
• Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and managing competing, time-sensitive priorities with minimal guidance.
• Arabic language skills would be beneficial, to support partners across Arabic-speaking markets.

As a part of the Creator Success Operations team, you will be dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for You Tube's valued partners and creators. As a part of the Comprising Partner Operations and High Touch Support, the team consistently prioritises partner and creator needs, whether resolving complex issues, providing comprehensive platform education, or facilitating channel growth, we advocate a Creator-centric approach.

As a Partner Operations Manager, you will provide You Tube support to major partners in EMEA (e.g., Music Labels, Media Companies, independent creators, etc.). You will become a You Tube product expert, solve the day-to-day issues of our partners, troubleshoot technical problems, and identify common trends that our partners face. You will also be responsible for advocating on behalf of our partners to cross-functional teams to drive product solutions, development of tools and process improvements that enhance internal operations, and improvements to the partner experience on You Tube.

You will work closely with other partner-facing teams to provide value-add services to help increase partner happiness and growth. You will also have the opportunity to specialize in high-impact product areas (e.g., Content , Creator Shopping, Music) as a subject matter expert, collaborating with technical product areas to drive long-term product health and supportability.

• Provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues to maximize their platform performance.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to conduct deep-dives and deliver partner-facing presentations tailored to French and Spanish speaking regional markets.
