What you'll do:

As Director Technology Analytics and Innovation Lead at MUFG in London you will play a central role in advancing the organisation’s compliance technology landscape. You will drive strategic direction for AML and sanctions platforms by overseeing project delivery from inception through post-implementation validation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams across Compliance Operations Technology Data Model Risk functions as well as external partners.

You will facilitate forums that review system changes ensuring robust governance practices are followed while representing MUFG during regulatory reviews audits model validations. Your expertise in detection capabilities will be crucial as you optimise transaction monitoring sanctions screening customer risk rating KYC surveillance systems within your regional scope. By leading data sourcing analytics AI enablement initiatives you will ensure that all solutions meet rigorous standards for accuracy reliability regulatory compliance.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills collaborative mindset ability to build consensus among stakeholders disciplined approach to governance meticulous attention to documentation executive reporting.
