Synapri are working with a well-recognised global brand looking to hire aD365 Systems Administrator to join their IT department on a permanent basis.
Within this role you will be responsible for maintaining, managing and optimising their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments and integrated business systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security and performance of their technology infrastructure, supporting the evolving needs.
Working across system administration, integrations, automation and technical support, you will collaborate with internal technology teams and third-party partners to deliver effective solutions, drive continuous improvement and ensure their systems remain robust, secure and fit for purpose. This is a great role to take ownership of critical business applications, contribute to technology innovation and help deliver the systems that support the client's operational objectives.
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: Hybrid in Kent - London boarders
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and optimise D365 Finance & Operations environments, configurations and customisations
- Develop and manage system integrations, automation and connected applications
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting and escalation support across D365 and associated systems
- Deliver technical projects, implement new solutions and maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Support incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and resolution of recurring issues
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across IT systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Azure.
- Microsoft Logic Apps, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Developing and managing integrations with D365.
- Scripting and automation using C# and Python.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and business finance processes.
- Experience managing third-party providers, technical developments and system support.
