Youwillmanageproductsthroughtheirfulllifecyclefromevaluationandpilotsthroughonboarding,adoption,performance measurement,renewal and,where appropriate,retirement.
- Ownthestrategy,roadmapandlifecycleofanassignedportfoliooflegaltechnologyandAIapplications.
- Leadtechnologyevaluations,pilotsandbusinesscases,providing evidence-basedrecommendationstoseniorstakeholders.
- Actasasubject-matterexpertforyourportfolio,understandingproductcapabilities,limitations,marketdevelopmentsandvendorroadmaps.
- EvaluateAIsolutions,includingoutputquality,data handling,security,confidentialityandresponsible-use considerations.
- Defineandtrackadoption,usage,valueandROImetrics,usingdatatoinformportfoliodecisions.
- Partnerwithlawyers,practicegroupsandbusinessstakeholderstoidentifyneedsandtranslatethemintotechnologyrequirementsandpracticalsolutions.
- Lead implementations,upgrades,integrationsandfirmwidetechnologyrollouts,workingcloselywith
Engineering,Information Security,Procurementandvendors. - MonitordevelopmentsacrossthelegaltechnologyandAImarketandidentifyemergingopportunities,alternativesandareasforconsolidation.
- Managevendorrelationships,renewalsandcommercialdiscussions.
- PartnerwithenablementandknowledgeteamstosupportlawyeradoptionandeffectiveuseofAIandlegaltechnology.
- Mentorjuniorteammembersandcontributetothedevelopmentofproductmanagementandportfoliogovernancepractices.
Experienceinproductmanagement,technologydeliveryorITprojectmanagement,withmeaningfullegaltechnologyexperience.
Experienceowningtechnologyproductsthroughafulllifecycle,fromevaluationandimplementationthroughadoption,measurementandrenewalorretirement.
Hands‑onexperienceevaluatingormanagingAI-enabled applications,withanunderstandingofoutputquality,datahandlingandresponsibleAIconsiderations.
Strongknowledgeofthelegaltechnologylandscape,suchasAIresearchanddrafting,document management,contractlifecyclemanagement,document automation,eDiscoveryorlitigationtechnology.
Experiencerunningpilots,developingbusinesscasesandpresentingrecommendationstoseniorstakeholders.
Stronganalyticalandcommercialskills,withtheabilitytouseadoptionandusagedatatosupportinvestmentdecisions.
Excellentcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytotranslateeffectivelybetweenlawyers,technicalteamsandvendors.
Experienceworkingwith Information Security ,Procurement and Engineering teams.
AstronginterestinemerginglegaltechnologyandAI,withaproactiveapproachtomarketintelligenceandinnovation.
