We are seeking an experienced
Senior Product Manager– Hardware.

In this role you willbepivotal in translating Verifone’s global hardware strategy into strong regional commercial performance. Sitting at the intersection of Global Hardware Product, Regional Product, Sales, and Customer Success, this role ensures that EMEA markets receive the right solutions, at the right time, with the right positioning

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Hardware Strategy & Catalogue Ownership

• Ownand manage the EMEA hardware product catalogue —maintaining accuracy across device models, configurations, lifecycle status, and regional availability

Global Regional Hardware Liaison

• ChampionEMEA's voice in global hardware strategy — feedingmarketinsights into the roadmapthat reflect field intelligence, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics,briefing stakeholders on updates, and sharing pipeline visibility to keep cross-functional teams aligned.

Regulatory & Payment-Scheme Compliance:

• Own EMEA'sregionalcertification roadmap (PCI PTS, EMVCo,).Pre-Production & Sample Management
• Control and distribute pre-production hardware samples within the region, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness activities within the region — ensuring internal teams are prepared ahead of commercial availability.

Hardware Lifecycle & EOL Management

• Own EOS/EOL planning for EMEA

Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement

• Own the EMEA hardware demo/evaluation programme (device configuration, refresh, field enablement), support RFPs with technical positioning, and represent
  
  Verifoneas the hardware SME in customer QBRs, pilot evaluations, and partner engagements with the credibility ofa subject matter expert

Partner Enablement

• Support theenablement of ISV&Acquirerchannelsand serve as the point of contact for strategic partner reviews and roadmap briefings.

Competitive Positioning

• Maintaincurrentcompetitive hardware positioning for Sales and Product teams, and monitor market signals toidentifyportfolioenhancements.
