Jamf

Addigy,Kandji
,or
Mosyle
. - Diagnoseandresolvehardware,software,andnetworkingissuesefficientlyandprofessionally.
- Supportsystemdeployments,upgrades,andintegrationswithinmixed
Apple/Windows environments. - Deliveroutstandingcustomerservice—bothremotelyandonsite—withafocusonbuildinglong-termclientrelationships.
- Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensureservicelevelsandclientexpectationsareconsistentlyexceeded.
Skills&Experience
- Provenexperiencesupporting
Apple environments
withinanITsupportormanagedservicessetting. - Apple certifications
(e.g.ACSP,ACiT,orsimilar) highly desirable. - Excellent
communicationandclient-facing skills
,withtheabilitytoexplaintechnicalissuesclearlyandconfidently. - Comfortableworkingindependentlyandmanagingmultipleprioritiesinadynamicenvironment.
