A multi-brand UK leisure and experiences group is creating its first dedicated performance team and needs a sharp, curious CRO Executive to own its online booking and sign-up journeys. The brief is simple: turn more traffic into bookings and memberships.

• Monitor the end-to-end booking and sign-up funnel across web and app, and pinpoint drop-off and friction
• Work with CRO and web development agencies and the tech team to test and roll out improvements
• Support A/B testing on landing pages, forms and checkout flows
• Own funnel dashboards and report on conversion trends
• Work with location teams to resolve booking journey issues

• Experience in CRO, e-commerce funnel management or digital marketing
• Confident using web analytics tools to diagnose performance issues
• Experience working with or briefing CRO or web agencies
• A methodical, test-and-learn approach and a solid grasp of UX principles
• Good Excel skills and clear communication

Bonus points for experience with A/B testing tools, experience in hospitality, leisure or booking-led businesses, and a digital or analytics qualification.

Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and flexibility. Parking is available on site, and a driver is preferred due to location. Interviews are happening imminently.
