Salesforce Consultant Field Service; m​/f​/x

As a Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x) specialising in Salesforce Field Service, you will work closely with clients to deliver solutions that optimise service operations. You’ll help organisations improve scheduling efficiency, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction by implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Acting as a link between business requirements and technical implementation, you’ll support clients across industries as they modernise their field service processes - from work order management to mobile workforce enablement, while continuing to grow your Salesforce expertise.

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience working with Salesforce Field Service
• Understanding of Field Service or asset-based service processes such as work order lifecycle, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce enablement and technician workflows
• Experience configuring Salesforce objects, automation, and user interfaces
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
