Digital Operations and Governance Manager required by an independent, global marketing services group specialising in entertainment, music, gaming and consumer brands, based in Farringdon, paying up to £80k. Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office. You will lead the Data Team, own AI adoption and governance across the agency, and lead on content security and vulnerability management. A rare chance to shape how a creative, independent business uses AI.
The Role As Digital Operations and Governance Manager, you will make sure creative work flows through the agency securely and efficiently. You will set the rules for how data and AI are used, protect the agency and its clients, and lead the business through AI driven change.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Team Leadership:
Lead the team managing all creative assets (design, AV and audio) in and out of the agency. Data Workflow and Policy:
Own data workflows and data policy across the whole agency. AI Adoption and Governance:
Lead AI enablement and change, develop and control AI use, and manage each client's usage limits and requirements. Content Security:
Protect creative assets, unreleased work and confidential client content. Software:
Oversee source control and testing for a small number of in house tools. Vulnerability Management:
Lead on network and software vulnerabilities. DAM:
Shape the future development of a Digital Asset Management platform. Experience
Required:
Leadership:
Proven experience managing a creative assets, media or digital operations team. AI:
Hands on AI adoption, Generative AI and governance experience, ideally with client specific restrictions. Transformation:
Background as a Digital Transformation Project Manager, AI Adoption Lead or similar. Software:
Some exposure to source control and testing is useful. Security:
Strong content security and network and software vulnerability management. Sector:
