Doing Each Day :

• Assist
  
  HeadofITinmanagingthe London Branch ’sITfunctions,withaparticularfocusonIToperationsandmaintenance.
  
  PrimarilyresponsibleforITinfrastructure,systemandnetworkoperationsandmaintenance,productionoperationsmanagement,andrelatedinformationsecurityactivities,ensuringthesecure,stable,andefficientoperationofthe
  
  Branch’sITenvironment..
• Managetheday-to-dayoperationandmaintenanceofthe
  
  Branch’sITinfrastructure.
• Managenetworkandcoresystemoperationsandmaintenance.
• Implement HO’sIToperationsandmaintenancemanagementrequirements.
• ManageITchanges,incidents,and problems.
• Participateindisasterrecovery,emergency response,andbusinesscontinuitymanagement.
• Support London Branchemployeeswith ITrequirementstoensuretheyhavetherighttechnologyandsupportfortheirday-to-daywork.
• Assisttosupportbranch’sinformationsecurityworkandsafeguardbranch’snetworkagainstcybersecurityevents.
• CoordinatewithITvendorsandthird-partytechnicalserviceproviders.
• Supporttheimplementationofthe Branch’sITprojects.
• Assisttoresearchnewtechnologyandsupportthetransferofdigitalizationin London branch.
• Inadditiontotheseduties,the Employeemayfromtimetotimeberequiredtoundertakeadditionalorotherdutieswithinhis/hercapacityasnecessarytomeettheneedsofthebank'sbusiness.

IT Operations

Manager-Theskillsyouneedtosucceed:

• Fluentinboth Mandarin and English .
• Degreeholderaminimumrequirement;withmajorin
  
  Computing and/or Engineeringrelatedfields.
• SolidworkexperienceinIToperations,maintenance,and security,withagoodunderstandingofenterprise-levelITinfrastructureandnetworkenvironments.
• Independentproblemsolvingability,withtheabilitytoindependentlyresolvecommonissuesrelatingtoservers,networks,endpoints,andassociatedinfrastructure,aswellasquicklyidentifyrootcauses,coordinate resources,anddriveissueresolutionduringmajorincidentsoremergencies.
• Keentolearnnewskillsandtechnology.
• Preferablewithprojectmanagementexperience.
• Knowledgeandexperienceon Information Security and Cybersecuritywillbeabonus .
• FamiliarwithVMWareinfrastructureand
  
  Windows/Linuxoperatingsystemadministration(and/ornetworkengineering) willbeabonus.
