Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Architect with strong expertise in Workday Financials to lead solution design, business process transformation, and architectural decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, Business, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges, use cases, and process requirements.
- Design future-state business processes using Workday Financials capabilities and best practices.
- Assess Workday Financials functionality and advise stakeholders on solution feasibility, limitations, and alternatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and effective Workday solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance for migrating business processes from legacy systems to Workday.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business, and IT stakeholders to define solution strategies.
- Recommend alternative approaches when standard Workday functionality does not meet business requirements.
- Ensure alignment with Workday architecture, governance standards, and long-term business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Financials transformation initiatives.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Financials
. - Experience in Workday Solution Architecture and solution design.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Design and Transformation
. - Experience in Requirements Gathering and Discovery Workshops
. - Knowledge of Legacy System Migration to Workday
. - Ability to assess Workday Functional Capabilities and Limitations
. - Experience in Stakeholder Management and Solution Advisory
. - Understanding of Workday Architecture, Governance, and Best Practices
