Steadman Hub are working alongside a growing technology company based in London who are looking to hire an in-house Hub Spot CRM Specialist to join their team. Our client relies on Hub Spot to drive their sales, marketing, and customer operations, and they're looking for a technical Hub Spot professional to take ownership of the platform and get the most out of it.
As Hub Spot CRM Specialist, you'll be the in-house expert on Hub Spot, owning the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the CRM. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build scalable processes, keep data clean and reliable, and make sure the platform keeps pace with the needs of a fast-moving tech business.
Key Responsibilities- Own the administration and configuration of Hub Spot CRM, including properties, pipelines, workflows, and user permissions
- Build and maintain automations, lead scoring, and reporting that support sales, marketing and customer success processes
- Manage data quality and integrations between Hub Spot and the wider tech stack, keeping the CRM accurate and well-structured
- Act as the go-to Hub Spot expert internally, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and driving best practice across the business
- Proven hands-on experience administering Hub Spot CRM in an in-house, technical capacity
- Strong understanding of Hub Spot workflows, properties, pipelines, and reporting tools
- Experience working with integrations and data flows between Hub Spot and other business systems
- Hub Spot certifications desirable, with the confidence to work independently as the platform SME
- Hybrid working based in London
- Full ownership of the Hub Spot platform within a growing tech business
