• Delivery & Governance:
  Lead Agile/hybrid project life cycles from inception to live deployment. Manage RAID logs, scope, and delivery timelines under public sector governance.

• Commercial & Financial Control:
  Track budgets, SOW compliance, resource utilization, and project margins.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Act as the main delivery point of contact for senior civil servants and client leadership.

• Team Leadership:

• Consultancy & Public Sector
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven track record in client-facing consulting and delivering public sector tech/digital transformations (GDS/CDDO frameworks).

• Certifications & Methods:
  Hands-on Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery experience. PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or CSM preferred.

• Clearance:
  Active UK Security Clearance (SC/DV) or immediate eligibility.

• Core
  
  Skills:
  
  Commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personal Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NVS) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
