The

Role
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to validate features, identify issues, and help deliver smooth, high-performing user experie

nces.
This is a fully onsite po
sition, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environ

  Perform smoke testing and regression testing to validate new releases and feature

  Execute manual test cases for web and mobile appl
• ications.
  
  Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and ac

  Support bug triage processes by collaborating with developers and produ

  Use test management tools such as Test Rail, Zephyr, or Xray to manage and track te
• st cases.
  
  Work with project management tools like Jira or Asana to log issues and monitor

  Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation s

  Around 1-3+ years of experience in manual software testing or a simil

  Solid understanding of testing concepts such as smoke testing, regression testing, and structured bug
• reporting.
  
  Experience using at least one test management tool (e.g., Test Rail, Zephyr
