London Market Claims Specialist (Contract)

We are recruiting an experienced London Market Claims Specialist to support a high-profile insurance transformation programme. This is a contract role focused on London Market / Lloyd’s claims, working on complex claims processes and system implementations.

This role requires deep, hands-on experience across the end-to-end claims lifecycle, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for London Market claims operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as SME for London Market and Lloyd’s claims, including ECF (Electronic Claims File) and Write-Back

* Support Guidewire Claim Center configuration, workflows and integrations

* Work closely with business and technical teams to analyse and document claims requirements

* Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s standards and UK market regulations

* Provide guidance on claims triage, settlement and reporting for complex and high-value claims

* Lead workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities

* Identify and deliver claims process improvements and best practice

Essential Experience

* Strong London Market / Lloyd’s claims experience

* Proven expertise in Guidewire Claim Center

* Hands-on experience with ECF and Write-Back

* Claims transformation or implementation background

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable

* Claims Business Analyst or Claims Consultant background

* Experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Jira)

* Previous large-scale claims transformation programmes
