Inspired by Neil Armstrong, the first person to walk on the moon, Apollo was built with the same pioneering mindset. Since launch in 2009, we have grown into a diversified insurance group offering products across Property, Casualty, Marine, Energy and Transportation, Specialty and Reinsurance, Smart Follow and digital and embedded risk programmes.
With a global team of more than 300 professionals, we continue to grow with purpose, combining underwriting excellence, innovation and collaboration to enable a more resilient and sustainable world.

Monitor key underwriting KPIs and exposures, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and business plan objectives, and underwrite in accordance with the Aviation reinsurance programme. Actively participate in pre‑bind and post‑bind peer reviews, taking ownership of underwriting decisions.

- Work closely with Claims to capture learnings from losses and identify emerging risks within the Aviation portfolio. Complete mandatory training and maintain continuing professional development, supporting the ongoing development of underwriting capability, and provide guidance to underwriting assistants where appropriate.
- Underwriting experience within the Lloyd’s or London Market, with underwriting Aviation risks or demonstrable exposure to aviation or aerospace insurance.
