Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established insurance broker in North London for an Accounts Handler to join their Personal Lines team on a permanent basis. The postholder will be responsible for assisting with the management of a large client portfolio, ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
Assist clients with policy enquiries, changes, and renewals.
Ensure accuracy in policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and secure the best coverage terms for clients.

Candidate Criteria

Experience of working in an insurance Account Handler/Account Executive role previously
Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance including policies and regulations

Experience of dealing with renewals, changes and policy enquiries, providing solutions for clients
Strong relationship management and communication capabilities.
