Claims Executive

We’re looking for a Claims Executive who doesn’t just process claims but advocates fiercely for clients. Someone who can take complex financial lines and FI claims, PI, D&O, FI, Cyber and navigate policy wordings to unlock the coverage that matters.

Because here, claims isn’t back‑office admin. It’s frontline client impact.

• Taking full ownership of complex and contentious claims, from investigation through to settlement.
• Working with precision across PI, FI, D&O, and Cyber portfolios.
• Reading between the lines of policy wordings and knowing how to get the best outcome for your client.
• Building trust and long‑term partnerships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and the wider market.
• Spotting patterns, reducing claim frequency, and improving strategy for the future.
• Providing clarity in the moments that matter most to a client’s business.

• Experience in Financial Lines and FI claims (PI, D&O, FI, Cyber).
• Confidence to negotiate with insurers and advocate for clients.
• Someone analytical, commercially sharp, and emotionally intelligent.
• A relationship builder equally at ease with clients, colleagues, and insurers.
• Leadership potential: mentoring colleagues and raising the profile of claims internally.
• Experience with Acturis helpful, but not essential.

Salary: £Negotiable (DOE) + Excellent Bonus and Well‑Being Benefits.
