Insurance Claims, Insurance Analyst
It’s the opportunity to join one of the UK’s most forward‑thinking brokers in a team that sits right at the heart of innovation: fintech, venture capital, medtech, AI, cyber, climate, and more.
We’re looking for a Claims Executive who doesn’t just process claims but advocates fiercely for clients. Someone who can take complex financial lines and FI claims, PI, D&O, FI, Cyber and navigate policy wordings to unlock the coverage that matters.
Because here, claims isn’t back‑office admin. It’s frontline client impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Taking full ownership of complex and contentious claims, from investigation through to settlement.
- Working with precision across PI, FI, D&O, and Cyber portfolios.
- Reading between the lines of policy wordings and knowing how to get the best outcome for your client.
- Building trust and long‑term partnerships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and the wider market.
- Spotting patterns, reducing claim frequency, and improving strategy for the future.
- Providing clarity in the moments that matter most to a client’s business.
- Experience in Financial Lines and FI claims (PI, D&O, FI, Cyber).
- Confidence to negotiate with insurers and advocate for clients.
- Someone analytical, commercially sharp, and emotionally intelligent.
- A relationship builder equally at ease with clients, colleagues, and insurers.
- Leadership potential: mentoring colleagues and raising the profile of claims internally.
- Experience with Acturis helpful, but not essential.
- Every policy sold is a promise.
- Every claim is the moment that promise is tested.
- We need someone who sees that, feels it, and fights for it.
If you want to be at the forefront of some of the most exciting and challenging claims work in the market, while working with clients shaping the future of fintech, venture, AI, medtech, and beyond — this could be the role that defines your career.
