Claims Adjuster

A global insurance solutions provider to recruit a Claims Adjuster for a hybrid role based in London, Birmingham or Worthing.

This position focuses on managing a portfolio of claims from initial review through to resolution, including coverage analysis, liability assessment, reserving, settlement negotiation and litigation management. You’ll ensure timely outcomes, maintain strong customer service standards, and contribute insights on risk trends while supporting junior colleagues with technical guidance.

They're looking for someone with experience handling disease-related claims, strong decision-making skills, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating within a team. Candidates should be comfortable managing high volumes of lower-value claims, maintaining compliance standards, and keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments.

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required. Professional qualifications or relevant industry experience preferred.
