Senior Compliance Associate - Insurance

We’re working with a multi-award-winning compliance consultancy that supports FCA-regulated firms across insurance, consumer credit and mortgages. Due to continued growth, they’re hiring a Senior Compliance Associate.

This role is ideal for someone with strong insurance regulatory experience who wants more client exposure, project ownership, and variety.

You’ll support a range of insurance firms with regulatory and compliance advisory work, including:

• Drafting and supporting FCA authorisation applications and Variations of Permission
• Acting as a key contact for client regulatory queries
• Assisting with (and progressing to leading) compliance audits and onsite visits
• Reviewing Financial Promotions and supporting regulatory change initiatives
• Monitoring and interpreting FCA updates

• Recent insurance compliance experience (essential)
• Confident communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients
• Strong written skills and attention to detail

• Salary up to £58,000, bonus, Pension, Private medical insurance, Gym contribution, Hybrid (2 days in office)
