Overview
Arthur are working with a global insurance brokerage looking for graduates join their M&A Team and support the growth of their M&A platform. This role offers hands‑on exposure to transactions, client engagement, and insurance-based deal solutions. No prior insurance experience is required; full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Develop knowledge of the title insurance market and its role in M&A transactions
- Support and, over time, manage transaction processes from an insurance perspective
- Work closely with W&I brokers and other specialist teams on deals
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and business development initiatives
- Strong interest in M&A, legal concepts
- Eager to learn with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Personable and comfortable building client relationships over time
