- Manage cyber claims from first notification through to settlement within delegated authority.
- Build strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers.
- Ensure accurate reserving, pursue recoveries and minimise claims leakage.
- Prioritise matters and manage key deadlines, including litigation-related requirements.
- Maintain high-quality claims files, payments and management information.
- Provide claims feedback to underwriting and product teams.
- Escalate complex matters to senior claims management where required.
