Job Title: Senior Claims Advocate – US Property

Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days in office typical, flexible working options available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and high-value US Property claims end-to-end:
  Take ownership of impactful cases with real visibility
• Analyse policy coverage and lead insurer negotiations:
  Utilise your technical expertise to drive strong outcomes
• Present claims insights to clients and insurers:
  Influence renewals and strengthen long-term partnerships
• Partner with broking and finance teams:
  Contribute to a seamless, client-centric service model
• Build lasting insurer and client relationships:
  Enhance your market presence and professional network
• Report on significant claims to senior management:
  Gain exposure to leadership and strategic oversight

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience handling US Property claims (complex or high-value preferred)
• Strong understanding of policy coverage interpretation and insurer negotiation
• ACII / DIP CII qualified or actively working towards
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Background within insurance broking, carrier, adjusting or legal environments
