If you’re an experienced Treaty Underwriter with a focus on International Casualty – particularly Motor – and you're seeking more strategic input, high visibility, and genuine ownership, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll join a small but dynamic team of five, managing your accounts from start to finish—covering underwriting to shaping the team’s long-term structure.

This role offers exposure to group-level decision-making, working closely with the Head of Casualty Treaty and collaborating with the Group CEO on major deals, providing significant visibility within the company.

It is a Motor-focused position, the most profitable line within the division, offering a solid foundation and growth opportunities.

There are no legacy issues—just a clean, well-managed book and the chance to make a real impact.

You’ll need to bring:

• Solid technical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing client and broker relationships
• Knowledge of the London Market and UK Motor Liability space
• ACII qualification (or working towards it)

While technical underwriting expertise is crucial, this is a client-facing role—market knowledge, commercial acumen, and deal-making ability will set you apart.
