About the RoleWe’re recruiting for a talented Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join a well‑established London-based team on a fixed-term contract
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid commercial insurance experience who enjoys client interaction, handling renewals, and supporting a busy book of business.
You’ll work across a range of commercial lines, with the option to get involved in property risks—however, prior property experience is advantageous but not required.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and general enquiries across a variety of commercial policies
- Providing high‑quality client service and building strong long‑term relationships
- Supporting Account Executives and senior team members with client and policy administration
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the policy cycle
- Working collaboratively with insurers and stakeholders to secure competitive terms
- 2–3 years' experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (2 days per week in the London office
) - Experience with property insurance is beneficial but not essential
