Head of Operations/Operations Lead - London Market Insurance - The City, London
My client, an insurance organisation based in The City of London has an amzing opportunity for an experienced Insurance Operations Manager/Director with a strong track record within insurance organisations.
This role has a clear progression path to a Chief Operating Officer (COO) position within the next year and the ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience within an insurance organisation within The London Market insurance sector (Carrier, MGA, or Broker environment)
- Have worked in a startup or small insurance firm environment
- Be comfortable building, scaling, and optimizing operational processes
- Demonstrate leadership capability with strategic and commercial awareness
- This is a high-impact role with executive growth potential.
