Head of Casualty / Operations Lead My client is looking to appoint a Casualty Technician to deliver high-quality technical and premium processing support to the Casualty Broking Team. The role focuses on assisting with the placement and servicing of US Casualty risks, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to both clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to brokers in the placement and servicing of risks, including General Liability, Excess Casualty, and associated lines. Produce, process, and issue insurance documentation such as quotations, MRCs, endorsements, and debit/credit notes. Ensure all documentation meets FCA, internal company, and London Market compliance standards. Process premiums, APs, and RPs in accordance with agreed terms and market procedures.
Liaise with clients, insurers, and finance teams to resolve premium and accounting queries efficiently.
