About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to join the dynamic team of a leading insurance broker.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of complex commercial insurance claims, providing expert guidance and ensuring outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage a variety of commercial insurance claims from inception to settlement, including Property, Motor, Liabilities and PI Provide expert advice and support to clients and colleagues regarding claim matters Investigate and assess claims to determine liability and potential settlement Liaise with insurers, legal representatives, and other relevant parties to facilitate efficient claims resolution Mentor and support claims colleagues, contributing to the team’s development Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial claims handling within an insurance brokerage Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple complex claims efficiently Professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) preferred but not essential Why this role:
