Overview
At Gallagher, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Associate Director – Construction Claims to join our Claims Division in London. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex construction claims, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our Specialty business.
How you'll make an impact
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing construction claims from initial notification through to settlement, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring the efficient progression of claims.
You’ll work closely with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes, manage expectations, and provide technical expertise throughout the claims lifecycle.

- Manage construction claims from notification through to conclusion, including negotiation with insurers
About You
Experience & Technical Expertise
- Significant experience in construction claims within the insurance industry (c.10+ years)
Leadership & Skills
- Previous experience leading or mentoring individuals/teams
