Development Underwriter – High Net Worth (Thatched Roofs)

London / Hybrid We are working with a specialist MGA to recruit a Development Underwriter to join its growing High Net Worth team, with a particular focus on thatched roof and non-standard property risks.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Underwriter with experience in High Net Worth, Household or Property insurance who is looking to specialise in a unique and technically challenging area of the market. You'll be responsible for underwriting complex risks, developing broker relationships and supporting the continued growth of a specialist portfolio.

Key Requirements:

Previous underwriting experience within High Net Worth, Household or Property insurance

Exposure to non-standard or thatched property risks is advantageous

Strong broker relationship and trading skills

Good technical underwriting knowledge

Commercial mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities
