Experteer Overview In this role you will support a portfolio of large, complex clients within Property and Casualty, working with a North American Casualty team to help shape the group's global strategy. You will engage in placement management, renewal negotiations, and cross-border collaboration with London insurers and US colleagues, delivering tailored risk solutions. The role combines client service excellence with technical insurance know-how to optimise revenue and ensure compliant contracts.

- Support brokers in negotiating and placing complex liability programs for clients
- Prepare underwriting submissions for distribution to London insurers in coordination with US colleagues
- Demonstrate knowledge of London Market Reform Contracts including quote, binder, and policy review
- Lead renewal market presentations/negotiations and provide recommendations
- Maximise revenue from new and existing clients through efficient placement support, facilities, and markets
- Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments to carriers and clients
- Ensure compliant processing of contracts per FCA and contract certainty requirements
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Maintain relationships with US retail networks and client servicing teams for coordinated client service
- Respond to ad hoc client service requirements and new business introductions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with colleagues across the business
- Understand client risk management needs and deliver tailored service
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners
- Manage changes in client circumstances to align cover with needs
- Liaise internally to maintain consistent approach when needs cross into other WTW specialties
- Apply business unit policies and procedures and provide expertise as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, markets, and others to maximise service delivery
- Maintain knowledge of internal WTW and industry systems and metrics
- Coordinate with offshore processing centres for timely premium payments
- Support peers with timely administration of client accounts
- Relevant insurance industry experience (preferred)
- Degree level education or comparable industry experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong problem solving, planning, and numeracy
- Detail oriented with ability to manage competing timelines
- Proactive, fast learner who works well in a team
- Strong relationship builder in client-facing contexts
- Solutions-driven with ability to own/manage multiple processes
