**** Key Responsibilities
*** Support brokers with renewals, placements, and client servicing activities.
* Prepare contracts, endorsements, presentations, and market documentation.
* Liaise with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth account management.
* Proactively build close relationships with clients and markets
* Monitor placement progress and maintain accurate records and systems.
* Assist with production initiative and reporting.
* Coordinate and build close relationships with claims, accounting, and compliance teams.
** Key Skills & Experience
*** Previous experience within insurance or reinsurance broking/account management
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
** Desirable Skills & Experience
*** Knowledge of London Market processes and systems.
* Familiarity with Property proportional and non-proportional treaty structures.
* Experience handling multinational or complex reinsurance programmes.
