Senior Marine Broker

Rare opportunity to take over a global marine book of business as a Senior Marine Broker, joining a fiercely independent Lloyd's Broker.

Even better, this role will progress to a much larger one and provide you the opportunity to take over a substantial book of business as part of succession planning.

• This is a very important short and long term appointment for the business. They are looking for someone with some solid experience as a Marine Broker ideally with some knowledge within Marine Hull and Machinery, P&I and Marine Liability.
• This has opportunity to progress to a much larger one, where you will be trusted to take over a legacy book of business in the mid-long term. Business emanating from certain territories such as Europe, South and North American and the UK
• If you feel stuck as a placing broker and would like the opportunity to get involved in developing business and travelling internationally but do not want the large pressure to build a book from scratch, this is for you.

You will be rewarded with a base salary in the £60k - £100k range if you have a solid placement broker background. If you have production experience and can add value here, we are able to consider individuals demanding north of this.

A negotiable salary and package will be on offer to the chosen candidate
