Reinsurance Broking Advisor

Key support responsibilities

• Structuring, negotiation and execution of life reinsurance transactions across a range of product lines and strategic objectives.
• Identifying, assessing and developing reinsurance solutions that address capital, risk management and growth objectives.
• Partner with WTW Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) teams to originate opportunities and convert advisory engagements into reinsurance transactions.
• Transaction delivery, from opportunity qualification through placement and implementation.
• Client and reinsurer onboarding activities Assessing reinsurance pricing and structure alternatives, providing strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients and colleagues, bringing strong technical, commercial and market expertise to complex reinsurance opportunities.
