Join one of our Specialty Broking teams to discover how brokers understand risks, build relationships and connect clients with the right protection

You'll gain exposure to some of the world's most complex risks, work alongside specialist brokers and build relationships across the London insurance market while developing the skills needed for a successful career in insurance.

The 10-week programme is designed to give you meaningful exposure to the world of insurance broking while helping you develop the knowledge, professional skills and confidence to kick start your career.

Better still, our programme offers a direct pathway into our Autumn 2028 graduate roles, subject to business needs and individual performance.
** What you’ll be doing?
** You will begin with a structured induction before joining one of our Specialty Broking teams to work alongside experienced specialists on real client projects.
** You could be placed into one of the following teams:**
* ** Jewellers** - work with jewellers, luxury brands and precious metal businesses to arrange specialist insurance that protects valuable items against loss, damage or theft.
* ** Professional Services** - help professional firms such as consultants and law firms secure insurance that protects them against risks arising from the advice and services they provide.
* ** Cyber** - work with specialist cyber insurance markets to help organisations protect themselves against evolving digital threats such as cyber-attacks, ransomware and data breaches. You'll learn how complex cyber risks are assessed, structured and placed in the London insurance market while building relationships across a fast-growing global business.
* ** Directors & Officers** - arrange insurance that protects company directors and senior leaders against claims arising from decisions they make while running a business.
* ** Marine** - help businesses involved in global trade protect goods, vessels and operations that move by sea, air or land.
