Placement Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Team at Marsh as a Placement Support Specialist
. In this role, you will provide operational and placement support to our placement broking and client servicing teams, helping to deliver efficient, high-quality service to clients and insurers. You will contribute to continuous improvement across processes, support stakeholder engagement, and help ensure service delivery meets team and business objectives.

• Drive operational support for management teams and processes, supporting continuous improvement in efficiency and quality within the team.
• Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
• Act as focal point for operational and technical expertise for placement and client servicing teams
• Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance products and related legislation.
• Lead and/or participate in projects working in partnership with placement and the wider business on identified initiatives and complex issues
• Support the placement process by assisting with market documentation, and maintenance of accurate records of quotations, terms, and conditions.
• Work closely with internal placement and client servicing teams and insurers to help deliver effective placement outcomes and excellent service.

• Experience in Insurance operations is essential
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and prepare clear reports or presentations.
• A basic understanding of insurance processes, products, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Previous experience supporting operational teams, projects, or stakeholder initiatives.
• An understanding of the Lloyds market and processes
• A proactive approach to improving processes, efficiency, and service quality.
• Experience of the Acturis system
