As a Commercial Lines Pricing Senior Director, you will help shape the future of pricing and underwriting for some of the world's leading commercial insurers, delivering innovative solutions that combine advanced analytics, technology and industry expertise. The Role

• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, delivering strategic pricing and underwriting solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Lead complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
• Develop and enhance market-leading commercial lines pricing propositions, leveraging WTW's software, analytics capabilities and intellectual property.
• Drive business growth through client development, new business acquisition and the creation of compelling proposals and solutions.
• Represent WTW in the market through thought leadership, industry engagement, publications and conference participation.
• Collaborate across practices, disciplines and geographies to deliver integrated solutions that address clients' broader business challenges.
• Mentor and develop colleagues, fostering innovation, collaboration and technical excellence across the team.

What you’ll bring

• Significant experience in commercial lines pricing within an insurer, consultancy or related advisory environment.
• Proven expertise in pricing transformation, underwriting analytics and the application of advanced analytical techniques to business challenges.
• A track record of developing client relationships, generating growth opportunities and delivering commercial impact.
• Experience developing innovative pricing propositions, methodologies or solutions that improve insurer performance.
• Knowledge of modern pricing technologies and analytical tools, with Radar experience advantageous and exposure to machine learning techniques beneficial.
• All-Inclusive leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior audiences.
• A collaborative, commercially minded and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.
