Third Party Property Damage Claims Handler

Our client who works under a Delegated Authority is looking to hire an experienced Claims Handler with TPPD experience. Will be reporting directly to the Senior Claims Supervisor, the Liability Claims Handler is responsible for the investigation, validation, negotiation and settlement of Third-Party Property Damage (TPPD) claims arising under combined liability insurance policies. Will also manage a small allocation of lower-value Personal Injury claims.

Must have strong understanding of Third-Party Property Damage claims handling processes Will include minor injury and straightforward bodily injury matters, requiring the handler to assess medical evidence, evaluate quantum, consider causation and negotiate settlements Must have 3 years’ experience handling Third Party Property Damage claims within an insurer, MGA, broker or third-party administrator environment. Will be attending meetings with Underwriters, clients to discuss the performance of the DA so will confident in meetings.

Based in London with a minimum 3 days in the office, the hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm.
