Bring the Lloyd's market to life for stakeholders around the world

As Lloyd's continues to strengthen its global reach, we're looking for a Programme Lead to help deliver a portfolio of high-profile programmes that educate, engage and enable organisations trading in the Lloyd's market.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, coordinating complex initiatives and creating meaningful learning and engagement experiences. You may already be supporting programmes, events, learning initiatives or stakeholder engagement activities and are now looking for the chance to take greater ownership and influence.

Working within Lloyd's Academy, you'll lead a range of programmes designed to help brokers, underwriters, coverholders, clients, regulators and international stakeholders better understand how the Lloyd's market operates. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Lloyd's Academy programmes and market engagement initiatives.

  • Bringing together subject matter experts, industry speakers and stakeholders to create engaging and impactful programmes.
  • Building strong relationships across Lloyd's and the wider market to ensure programmes remain relevant and aligned to market priorities.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance programme content, format and participant experience through feedback and insight.
  • Managing programme timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Supporting the development of new initiatives that expand Lloyd's Academy's reach and impact globally.
  • Monitoring programme performance and using data to evaluate success and drive improvements.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Lloyd's Academy and helping showcase the unique value of the Lloyd's market to audiences around the world.
  • Working alongside international colleagues and market partners to support Lloyd's strategic priorities across key territories.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working with a broad range of stakeholders. You'll enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and ensuring programmes are delivered to a high standard.

You'll likely have experience in:

  • Programme management, market engagement, client programmes or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Coordinating multiple work streams and balancing competing priorities.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Delivering projects or programmes where participant experience and quality are critical to success.
  • Working collaboratively across different teams to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Using feedback, data and insight to improve programmes and ways of working.
  • Managing programme logistics, communications and delivery plans.
  • Creating structured, engaging experiences for professional audiences.
  • Insurance market knowledge from within an insurer or broker environment. Lloyd's experience preferable.
