Role:
High Net Worth Broker Hybrid : 3x a week on-site Bonus :
Paid Monthly  Weekly Lunch Allowance

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines and high net worth clients Handle 20–35 renewals each month Provide a high-quality service throughout the client lifecycle Develop and maintain strong client relationships Handle inbound new business leads, with 8 new business leads per month – no cold calling Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, particularly into Motor Work across a range of Personal Lines and HNW covers, including Motor, Buildings & Property, Contents, Liability, Jewellery & Watches, Loss & Theft and Accidental Damage Work with premiums ranging up to £10,000 Use Acturis, working across both E-Trade and manual placements Build relationships with leading insurers including Covia, Aviva, Brit and Hiscox Contribute to the team’s strong 95% retention rate Weekly lunch allowance Ideal Candidate: 1–4 years’ insurance experience A background in Personal Lines broking – The team are happy to train on HNW Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and commercial approach to identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities The ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
