Syndicate Underwriting Oversight​/Performance Manager

-_A Lloyd's managing agency is looking for a Syndicate Underwriting Oversight/Performance Manager to join them in London.

Working closely with senior underwriting leadership, Active Underwriters and underwriting management teams, you'll play a key role in monitoring performance against business plans, reviewing underwriting MI and ensuring appropriate governance and controls are maintained.

Key areas of focus will include:

Monitoring syndicate performance against agreed business plans

Reviewing underwriting MI and identifying deviations from plan Supporting corrective action and performance improvement strategies

Leading the SBF process

Supporting underwriting committees and senior governance forums

Managing mid-year business plan changes

Working closely with underwriting controls and governance teams

We're looking for someone with strong Lloyd's market experience and a background across underwriting, underwriting management or performance oversight. A good understanding of underwriting governance, controls, business planning and management information will be important, alongside strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
