Duties- Conduct telephone interviews with Norwegian speakers
- Follow a structured script
- Capture responses accurately into the database
- Produce clear, concise written reports
- Native‑level Norwegian
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and working to project targets
