We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Camera Prep Shift Supervisor to join our Camera Floor in Greenford, London! In this critical role, you'll ensure our Camera Floor department runs as efficiently as possible, guaranteeing our clients get the best possible service.

• Mentor and manage our team of Camera Prep Technicians, prioritise workloads, allocate resources effectively, and ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Lead the entire prep process, from managing inventory and preventing shortages to using our rental system to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Provide technical expertise, serving as a key point of contact for technical support, helping both internal and external customers with rental equipment queries.
• Proactively identify and suggest ways to improve our processes and procedures, helping us continuously exceed customer expectations.
• Deliver top-tier service by ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one, supporting crew members with a high level of customer service.

• Experience in the film industry and knowledge of Panavision products and services are highly desirable.
• Proven people management and coaching skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile, especially when working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accountability, and excellent organisational skills to manage resources and maintain inventory control.
• You’re a problem-solver who takes initiative to expand your technical expertise and champion new processes.
